Scheduling & Appointments
Booking is simple! You can schedule an appointment through our online portal, by calling our front desk, or by sending us a message through our contact page. We'll get you set up with a time that works for you.
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

No referral is necessary to join our group sessions. They are open to anyone in the community who feels they could benefit. You can view our group schedule and sign up directly on our website.
Payment & Insurance
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and health savings account (HSA) cards. Payment is processed securely through our online system for your convenience.
We are an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. We can provide you with a detailed receipt (a "superbill") that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Payment is due at the time of service. For online sessions, payment is processed at the beginning of your appointment. For packages or workshops, payment is typically required at the time of booking.
